Relationships aren’t built overnight, they need to be nurtured. Our typical term is a minimum of 12 months, with a 3 month notice period required any time from month 9.
We usually find that 500 users per branch is more than enough for most clients. If you think you will exceed this, we can discuss your required user numbers during the onboarding process. We typically have a 10% allowance without charging extra, thereafter a pro rata charge maybe added.
